Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

HERE ARE OUR GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
    • Returns and exchanges can be made in-store or online. Please note, for exchanges, stock levels in-store can vary by location. Please call your preferred location before coming in to make an exchange.
    • Refunded item(s) will begin processing once the returned item(s) begin transit back to our warehouse.
    • For any refunded/return items, there will be a $5 handling and processing fee charged to cover the cost of return shipping. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • You can always do an exchange for a different item in-store if you are simply wanting to swap out a particular size, color, or style variation.
    • All returned products must be in the condition in which you received them. We do not do exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged.
    • Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. 
    • International returns are not covered by us with our policy. 
    • Refunds generally take 5-7 days to appear in the customer's account.
